An Open Letter to Minister Karl Samuda from Jamaica

dear minister karl samuda you are an irresponsible minister.

how could you dismiss reports of hazardous substances
being sold as food within 24 hours of attempts to respond
to the threat of plastic rice danger.
what kind a of test did you run to dismiss plastic rice and turn it into something like a  rumor?

why did you only conduct test in the parish of manchester? how much you coulda test so fi give back results within 24 hr?

what in Eshu’s name yuh a try tell me mr.samuda?

really mr.minister within 24 hrs?
why would the customs authority of Jamaica
take such a measure?

preventing the importation of rice from all ports in Jamaica? based pon a rumor?

really minister?
mr.samuda what is the procedure for dealing with these life and death things as a minista?

Oshun, Ogun, Elegba! Minista! how much youth coulda eat plastic rice already fi dem dinner?
you said the test found no contaminants of plastic in the rice
what do you mean mr.minister. that no bags of rice contained plastic?
if this is what you mean your test is right because that is not plastic rice.
plastic rice mr.minister is a result of a manufacturing process.

plastic combined with chemicals to appear as real rice- the stapple of the Jamaican people according to you
who makes plastic rice mr.minister? a good place to start is google and China.

minista karl samuda you and your entire Ministry tek people fi idiot

it betta you did lie and tell me seh you a set up a meeting wid all the Chinese importers and wholesalers innah  Jamaica

then you coulda really mek it look like you care bout people innah Jamaica

not a press conference within 24hr of the customs authority of Jamaica taking belated action against this real and present danger
